Task
As part of my assessment completion, I took a set of personal assessments. The basics of the subjective assessment assignment were to create a screencast with the results and create my presentation. My results were shared by writing and oral/dictation of the results of multiple assessments that will help develop a better understanding of my career direction. After the activities were completed, I used my critical skills to execute a well-developed screencast presentation created to engage the viewer.
My Actions
To successfully complete the assignment, first, I took multiple personal assessments. Then I reflected on the results inferred by the accepted reviews. I Analyzed my results to develop a summary of my found fundamental values, interests, and hobbies. Then I linked the provided results with a compatible career. In addition to this, I presented a summary of my skill inventory finding and thoroughly addressed all the necessary information. To further develop this information, I had to share a set of my 21st-century skills inventory that can be applied/transferred to current times' Laboral situations. For example, I put down that one of my skills was verbal communication and the ability to provide instructions. This can be applied to my situation specifically by working as a customer service representative; these skills are practiced daily, talking on the phone with customers and providing information and instructions regarding policies. Lastly, to complete this assignment effectively, I had to be honest with myself and provide precise details of the 21st-century skills I need to develop to use to complement the career I want. After all this information was gathered and organized, I proceeded to create a PowerPoint presentation. Make sure to choose images representing my interest, skills, career, and knowledge provided. I quickly recognized that it is crucial to have a precise presentation to engage the viewer, share your perspective with others, and be understood with the correct information available. I ensured I had all the required information to execute and deliver the requirements given.
Results
Ultimately, I was able to develop concise information that represented me as an individual, my values, interest, hobbies, professional skills I currently practice, and work needed to create other abilities required for my future career and professional development. I delivered the information in a presentation form and learned about myself, my qualities, and my professional needs. I did learn that there were improvements that could have been made to deliver a flawless presentation. Overall, I believe this assignment demonstrated my critical thinking abilities through preparing, executing, and thoughtful preparation of the project.

Task
Week five was all about ePortfolio creation. The assignment was an opportunity to demonstrate our ability and knowledge to use digital technology. In this assignment, we had to demonstrate we were capable to use technology as a means to communicate and provide our technology skills to future employers. Digital familiarity was needed to succeed in this assignment.
My Actions
To successfully complete this task, I first had to go over the resources provided and the instructions. I still had my questions, but I figured that the YouTube provided and the ePortfolio example given would be enough. I started to follow the steps in the video along with the eportfolio example. I was a bit doubtful, but I proceeded with the design and editing of the page. For example, I chose a layout of the page in the background and entered and organized my resume information. After that, I started to play with the settings and how I wanted things to be organized. Specifically, I put a lot of effort into the opening title page, I feel like the first impression is crucial to Demonstrating my technology skills. My knowledge of tech skills was very slim so I had to completely rely on the sources I was given to create my page. I did not upload a copy of my resume since the example provided had no such thing. It seems like I went through a lot of information without being sure. In order for me to have successfully handled this situation, I should have confirmed with my teachers any questions that I had. In order to fully Utilize not only the instructions but the resources provided. For example, I did not follow the instructions provided in the video because they talked about a business eportfolio. Also, the example given was missing some of the required information for the assignment like a clickable resume and the location of previous jobs and schools.
Result
Ultimately, I learned the importance of technology skills in today's world when it comes to jobs. And also learned that acquiring these skills can help me to stay connected to future employers but also can make me stand up against the crowd done correctly. There were a lot of mistakes made in this initial eportfolio creation. Overall, my erroneous actions I am ready to correct those errors and provide a more accurate representation of my now acquired technology skills.

Written Communication

Task
This assigment was about polishing our skills and putting our professional development plan on paper. We were put to the task of adding to our previous career assessment paper and fusing it with new information. All this is to help associate my beliefs, individuality, and future career with objective setting to accomplish that career.
My Actions
First, I made sure to read the directions provided for the assignment carefully. Once I had an excellent understanding of completing this task successfully, I proceeded to organize the materials I needed to complete the project. I edited my career assignment paper and made the necessary corrections, which were part of the instructions provided to get started with the professional developing plan. Next, I Organized my ideas for the Smart goal structure. I made sure my thoughts were organized and clear. To successfully handle this part of the assignment, I had to brainstorm and imagine not only where I wanted to be in the next five years but a step by step what I needed to do to get there. I had to be very specific with the goals that I wrote down to the date they had to be completed and create a realistic timeline. For example, in one of my goals, I stated that I would start my master's degree In September 2022. I already applied for the program and got accepted once I finish my bachelor's at the end of August. I went on writing my goals providing real competition, not only for the assignment but also to get myself started. Once my goals were completed, I had to ensure that the goals aligned with the skills required for the position I wanted. Lastly, I had to make a clarified argument as to why this career would be a good fit for me. After that, I ensured my paper was edited, refined, and organized for a clear understanding.
Result
Ultimately, I achieved my desired professional developmental plan with no problem. And overall, my actions helped me not only to understand better why this career/job position is good for me. But helped me to put my developmental plan in order so I can get started in achieving my professional goals and aspirations with a clear, achievable plan. I learned with this assignment that it is essential to set up a plan for the things you want to accomplish and make sure that you stay on track.
